Airtel — activation of postpaid sim to be done immediately | |||
I bought an airtel hotspot yesterday afternoon on dec 11, 2017 and the person who gave it said the activation will be done in a couple of hours. The sim has not been activated yet and i’m just wondering what is the point of even getting it delivered home if this is the case... It is totally annoying. He said a person would come to verify my address in half an hour today and that person has not showed up yet. However, i might have to take some kind of action if there is no response today. I got a recharge of Rs.399 done on 11/11/17 which gives me internet and call benefit for 35 days. since last night my internet has stopped working. it is not showing 3g/4g on the top. please fix this.
Unable to mk outgoing calls on roaming...inspite of numerous complaints no one has attended my request...[protected] is a postpaid number...bill is paid much in advance...no one has bothered to resolve this issue...in my opinion airtel is not a responsible service provider ...i m hoping to hear frm Airtel
