Airtel — Activation of recharge

I had a mothly plan on airtel which was to be expire on 7 January 2024. I recharged in advance on 7 january so that when my plan iwipl expire and my new plan should immediately activated on 08 January. Now on 8 january my plan has not activated and after hours of trying to contact customer service when my call got connected and they informed me it will be activated at 12:00 Of night which means 12:00 AM at 09 January 2024. I am facing huge doscomfort of one day period as i am unable to call from my number due to this plan activation gltich and customer service is not helping at all and according to them whatever i do my plan will not activated. Even i have oaid advance why i am facing this lag due to their end why resolution can not be done. I am a working professional and i have to make 100to 200 calls atleast but this has caused me so much financial and loss of time and my professional connections.Pleas take necessary action as customer service is harrassing me.
