[Resolved] Airtel — Activation of services without my concern | |||||
Good morning, I am writing this to request you to kindly take any action and make available my money that has been deducted from my account saying that I have subscribed the following service for some sort of game. My only concern is that I have not subscribed any service for the same and after raising the issue with airtel helpline, they said that as per company policy they can not refund the money, but I want to ask you that if some service is activated on ykur fon and you are not aware of that service and still you are not recieving any benfit then please let me know how you will feel, won't you feel cheated. Please help me with this. I know this is the general problem and every individual is going through same problem with these tele service department. In the name of company policy they are cheating on the ignorant consumer. I want to port my service. But this problem will be the same with all these telecommers, please help me in getting my money back. Please note the timing of service activation, it was the peak time of our prayers. At that time, my net was off. After calling them, they deactivated the service, but what about my money, I want that money back.
