Airtel — actual validity of sim is post year is reduced to 23.11.18 I/o | |||||
This is not fare that validity given in sim card is suddenly reduced as per telecom rule, all old age genearation never use to keep recharge and they only prefer open balance with validity, i have call twice to customer care, first call reply given that if i recharge minimal value the validity of sim will extend to 2021, i tried and recharged rs9, but nothing happened, 2nd time customer call: he says earlier discussed customer reply is wrong and no such extension. Rules should apply to running new sim instead old offer given sim, all bank related info /message is related to same no and will stuck money transaction and balance which i am having 213/- is no use. Bad service with respect to airtel, customers are like this is in lakhs, should have worried as a customer centre. Phone no : [protected] Need immediate action for extending actual validity as like earlier. If suppose i recharge after 23.11.18, can this will work to extend. I am more using corporate sim rather personal sim, corporate work is not permanent and i required this sim.
