I recharged for Rs 7000 for Airtel Prepaid paying cash but the message was not reflected even after two days.although i got a paper receipt (which can be misused for daily liquid cash usage by miscreats since no day to day checking) i had to follow up to recharge. I think the staff misusing customers cash. Pl check.
While complaining [protected]@airtel.com giving the registered mobile number as requested no proper or satisfiable response was given which means even the support staffs joining in this link which is not known to higher authorities. . Instead asking for registered mobile number which is in fact harassing the customer wasting time and energy, tarnishing the image of AIRTEL, its credibility and zero helping attitude. In this context let me see other means to convince your higher authority strict actions for such unnoticed misuse from lower staff and protect tecustomers minimum needs.
