Airtel — Adding Family to Postpaid Number

The Airtel company has such a poor and pathetic department for mostly everything. The Executives, don't know even the simplest of things, The Senior Executives are an advanced version of DUMBO's and Appellate and Nodal what to tell about them. They are the seniors.

The case is associated with Airtel Post Paid, Adding family members.

You are the owner of the Number and you decide to add a member. Everything sounds good and great. After maybe 2-3years, you want to remove this member.

Now is the real problem.
First you pay the dues. The executives will tell you that within 4-8 working hours, your parent and child connection will be removed.

Next, after 1-wroking day, when you call them, they tell you that you have to get your address verified, and that verification step will only start after you CALL TO enquire about the status.

Next you will wait for these ### to call and verify your details, they will never call you. And THE BEST response they will give it that, we called your number and there was no response. So, you will have to visit the nearest store.

The content isn't finished. The address verification is associated with the Child number and not your number, even though you are the owner.
So, it means, if the CHild connection/family connection which you have added, if he/she has left the place, or denies, to airtel that I don't want to get detached from the parent number, then they will not detach that number.

If HE/SHE turns out to a criminal and is doing all forge/crooked/harrassment etc., Airtel doesn't care. The Child/family person should say and verify the address. and if he or she denies, they will not detach the number.

Look at the cunningness and even the attitude with which they are harassing we CUSTOMERs, and they care least. you will in any manner end up paying the money, and the other person will keep you in trap for the rest of your life.

So, next time you feel like, you are in trap, only one thing to do is, that break and throw away the SIM Card and let the Airtel people struggle to find the SIM and the person.

You need not worry a thing about anything. They are entirely gutlless people with no spine and no nerves.

Airtel policy makers are the real harrasers and should be put behind bars for wrongly framing such poor policies.
