Registration of termination as well as confirmation relating deactivation of above connection conveyed vide mail dated 15-8-15 being their reference no.64911024. Accordingly, propotionate bill for Rs.641.48 raised on 11-9-15 and the same stands paid on 14-9-15.
Further, another bill for Rs.741/- raised on 11-10-15 ignoring the earlier termination/ deactivation. I requested for cancel/ withdraw the aforesaid bill as my request for termination already confirmed and I have not used the same after termination dated 14-8-15.
Despite of repeated requests, they are not agreed to cancel the bill and I have also not paid the same. Over phone, feedback taken, but no message received for such cacellation. Was this information helpful? |
