[Resolved] Airtel — Adjust Voice Tariff Charges | |||
Reg: [protected]. on[protected] at 7pm while make a call we heard a voice that the balance is low, then we recharged Rs.50/- towards voice calls only, after 1 hour we make a call the same voice is repeated, also we noticed a SMS alert that balance is 0. to stop data SMS1975. immediately we sent sms to STOP1975. but they replied that it was not processed. How can you deduct the amount of voice call to Data Charges, In fact we never use any data by that time. even though we are not get any alerts or permission to allow to deduct such charges, Simply they displaying 0 Balance, after exhausting the amounts they alerting for recharging etc. Plz adjust the amount of 10/-+50/- =60/- is only meant for voice calls not for DATA. with regards T.
