Airtel — adofgames service activated without my permission | |||
Until now Rs. 65 has been deducted from my account without my permission for ADOFGAMES services. The first time (deducted Rs.25) and second time (deducted Rs.15), I didn't notice these deductions. Only when they charged me Rs. 25 for the third time did I realize these deductions. I have been quite satisfied with airtel services, but such actions force me to change my good opinion of airtel. Just a cursory web search shows that several customers have had the same issue. Airtel should desist from such practices which will damage their reputation, brand name and goodwill. Airtel should seek the permission of the user before charging for these services. Was this information helpful? | |||
