[Resolved] Airtel — Advance payment refund not processing | |||||
I requested for an airtel broadband and made 3 month advance payment of Rs. 2697, but they couldn't provide the connection later citing reasons of non feasibility, How can they charge advance payment for connection without checking the feasibility at first case and later make us beg for refund. I have been following up with their customer care for quite some time and everytime they give a new timeline or excuse and ask for documents again. Now they are not even replying to the mails even I am under Post Bone Marrow Transplant Therapy and with this stress of running behind this pathetic service provider is too much for me. need help and actions against them.
