[Resolved]  Airtel — After porting to Airtel outgoing is not possible

Hi, I am really disappointed with the service from airtel customer care. I submitted the required documents on[protected] at Palarivattom Airtel Office to port from Tata Indicom CDMA number to Airtel. From[protected] morning my Tata indicom connection got disconnected( No incoming and outgoing was possible) and I realized i need to start using Airtel Sim now. I completed Tele verification by calling 59059 and they confirmed like i can make calls after 15 minutes. But i was only able to receive calls not able to make outgoing calls until now. I contacted customer care later on[protected] evening - approximate to 4.00 PM) They mentioned like there is some fault in system and hence the televerification completion was not updated in their system to make out going calls. But they confirmed like since it was already completed from my side i may not be able to make televerification again. They ask me to wait for 24 hours since this cannot be handled by customer care and tomorrow is sunday :( . It was one of the finest reason one can get for not able to make calls. I waited for 48 hours now until now the issue was not solved. In between i contacted many times each time they wil l say it will be transferred to senior department but of no use. From today onwards they started calling to my number and telling like since we are contacting them for the same issue multiple times they are not going to fix the problem. That communication came from the listed number ( +91 [protected]). The kind of communication he gave reveals the poor strategy which they can shouw if they are not able to solve the issue. By the way I already send complaint email to Keral circle Nodal officer but of no use. I should say it was one of my biggest mistake to port towards Airtel. I am not sure what will be the outcome but i am planning to go to the nodal office right away.

I have port my no [protected] from bsnl to airtel it ported on 13.10.15 at 23.31 hrs, after that i have charged Rs.130/- on 14.10.15, though it charges successfully but shows nil balance. as per advice of customer care, I have attend at Airtel relationship center at chiriamore, barrackpore, W.B. As per their advice i wait for 2 days, then successfully charged Rs.62/- and Rs.1/-on 17.10.15 further, it shows through sms talk time for Rs.62/- and validity for 90 days . but still i can't able for any outgoing calls, I further attend Airtel Relationship centre today i, e. 19.10.15 but they just advised me for waiting, it ported 7 days past, but no outgoing calls can be made. i think is is my blunder to part in airtel. in this festive session i am communication less.
