[Resolved] Airtel — Against 4g airtel network | |||||
I'm airtel customer from more than 3 years. I m facing problems from march of 2017, as i had lot of issue with the 4g network. Where i used to recharge for 4g network but i used to get 3g network with to low speed with 2g network range i guess 2g network used to work better than what i'm getting promised as 4g network. Sometimes signals will vanish even being in a area where every network is available when my neighbour person can avail connectivity. I have raised several requests from march still problems has not resolved. I'll be calling customer care they give stupid reasons every time later a fake hope that it will be resolved within 48 hours 72 hours. Still i did not find any resolution.
