[Resolved] Airtel — AIRAN LIMITED(airtel) misusing customer documents | |||||
My number [protected] i request for port in airtel and i give the proof of my brother in SARDARNAGAR STORE AHMEDABAD GUJARAT. After that verification of address is done at my house by AIRAN LIMITED executive Mr NATHAJI BHAI PATANI. He took my mother id proof and verified it but after 2-3 days i got a message from airtel company that sorry we can't port your number due to current operator as AON 90 days. Then again on 5 april 2017 around 4pm Mr NATHAJI BHAI PATANI came for reverification of document. But if you company cancelled my port request then why this IDIOT came to me for reverification and main thing is he was in very hurry to take document, photo of my mother and all this is ridiculous thinks that you can allow to take photos and reverification of customer again when port is cancelled. Then i catch that ******* and i also talk with him and his company executive AIRAN LIMITED with Mr KANU BHAI. But if porting is not done then why this AIRAN LIMITED is sending this people for reverification. We thinking that they want document to missue or seeing that alone lady was at home so we take the documents and photo of them. AIRTEL your image is going worst due to this AIRAN LIMITED i want revert on this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
