I am, sudhanya roy choudhury, 4g dongle holder no. [protected], of your company. Although i have taken the dongle under the plan 499, still my bills for the last 3 -4 months are coming to more than rs. 700 a month. This is not acceptable to me. I want to know the reason of such increase in bill amount. Kindly check the matter and take an early action. I am not going to pay the extra amount in any case when i have taken it under a fixed plan. So please look into the matter and update me. My airtel mobile no [protected] i rechaged rs 199 plan at last 25 /03/2018 velid till 22/04/2018.Unlimted call and 1.4gb data every day till 28 days, it promised to give 4g but data net 2, some 3g maximum no data service.
Many times called customer care but no responses.My whole month rechaged gone.
Please to take action.
