[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel 4g hotspot purchase | |||||
I had registered online for home delivery of Airtel 4g device on 12th March 2016 from Cochin in Kerala. I promptly received an sms confirming receipt of my request and mentioned that a local representative will contact me soon. I followed up at least 8 times by calling the Chennai number mentioned in the sms regarding the same till today the 30th of March 2016 and all I received was sincere apologies. But not even a call from the local office. This reflects really bad on the company and is not worth it after spending millions on Airtel 4g advertisements. Was this information helpful? | |||||
