I am now finding that my 4G connection is very very slow and I am not able to work problem due to slow internet speed.
In case I need to have trouble free, fast internet connection, please send me a detailed email highlighting the modus operandi, terms and conditions and cost etc involved--since I am using this for official purpose and my office is reimbursing me towards this facility--therefore, proper proposal from your side is essential so that my office can take this forward.
Being without an Internet connection in the present times is no less than being marooned on an island. I hope you respond to the serious nature of my predicament and take adequate steps to ensure my rights as a customer.
I have established to my satisfaction that the problem is beyond my control, and that you are not providing the service I am paying for. I work online, so it is essential that I have Internet that is functional. If you cannot guarantee service, I will have to move to another provider.
