[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel 4g mobile pack not providing 4g | |||||
I recharged my airtel prepaid sim with recent rs1499 4g mobile pack special offer, which offers, Rs1499 - "1gb 3g/4g 28 days. Now for 1 year get 1gb 3g/4g 28 [protected]@ just rs53, 2gb 3g/4g @ rs95, 5gb 3g/4g 28 [protected]@ rs255 Validity: 28 days". But soon after this my airtel network switched to 3g only and never went to 4g. After observing this i recharged with rs9 data pack which offers 35mb. Network switched to 4g till 35mb was used up. Then again went back to 3g and never returned again. I tried this few times and every time i observed this. Airtel is cheating by limiting us with 3g only whereas it advertises rs1499 special offers as 4g mobile packs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
