[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel 4g network issue - customer support not good

I had activated monsoon offer of 10gb for 3 months. Soon after that my net stopped working and usage was showing 10gb in just seconds (Wonder how). After 3 days customer care told it is due to 3g sim. I immediately changed to 4g sim but still it did not work. Went to airtel showroom in person and got the phone checked. It was not an issue with phone. Tried the sim in another 4g phone still it did not work. Customer care people keep just saying please give 48hrs but it has been 12 days till now. Today i called again and they are saying 48hrs please wait. Then when i asked does it mean by wednesday it will be resolved she says no by thursday. So basically they wanted 72 hrs more and i am sure it wont be fixed. I believe this is just to take away 1 month of free internet they are providing. As it is showing that 10gb got consumed (Which is error in their system side) they do not want to change it back. And whenever i ask the customer care person says my application is not working so give me 48 hrs. Such a big company's application does not work for so many days. Pathetic. Its been 12days and still not fixed. As per support team need 4 more days so for a simple problem 16days
