Airtel — airtel 4g/internet service not working | |||
I have converted an airtel no. From prepaid to postpaid as an add on connection to existing number. It's been less than a week and my internet isn't working in the new add on connection when raised a complaint they r giving wait time of 4 days a connection of one week old and my network in't working for 5 days.. Its been 2 days out of the 4 days and there is no sign of rectification.. Plz arrage a call back on [protected] to help resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

Outgoing services on my airtel number has expired on 10-Nov-2018 and soon my incoming services will expire by 10-Nov-2018. It is said that to recharge immediately to avoid such expiration. I tried to reach customer care but didn't get connected. atleast suggest the steps to take to avoid this.
