Airtel — airtel [protected]- recharge for 4g but its not activated..money totally waste

Hi Team we recently ported to airtel from other net work .first time they charged Rs250 for data and voice for month. But no use to be in airtel since they are not activated 4G . We called customer care and registered complaint no::C4GDA[protected]. but no one is tacking action on this. My money totally waste. Please help me on this.
