Let me brief you the refund issue I have been facing since last month.
I bought new Airtel fiber connection with 699 package on August 11th by paying the amount of rs 1501.18.
So part of this connection, I got a broadband connection and a new DTH connection. But I did not want DTH TV connection, since there is no purpose for DTH. So I called on same day itself to Airtel customer care to cancel only DTH connection but I was told like DTH connection can only not be cancelled but complete connection needs to be cancelled and I would get refund for the connection I paid by customer care executive.
So I asked to cancel whole connection and I went ahead with new Airtel broadband connection by opting 6 monthly plan by paying rs 3500.
So the issue here is I haven't yet received any refund amount as I promised by Airtel customer care.
Can you please do the needful on this issue and refund my money back as soon as possible.
