Airtel — airtel airtel fraud sms charges on my postpaid bill number[protected] &[protected] | |||
My airtel postpaid bill for the period: 11-march-2018 to 10-april 2018 : bill no:[protected] 11-apr-2018 to 10-may-2018 : bill no:[protected] It is showing as i have send international sms To the number: [protected], 25 times in april and 91 times in may. April month they have charged for 26 sms @ the rate 5/msg which comes to : 130.00 =tax May month they have charged for 91 sms @ the rate 5/msg which comes to : 455 +tax But i haven't sent any sms to any international number in my life. When i checked online the same number found For fraud in airtel's other customer complaints too. I guess its a fraud from the company. If i call them upfront they are asking to pay the bill as they know the background. And they have disconnected my number for not paying this bill Airtel is cheating customers.
