[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel app failed transaction | |||||
Recahrge of Rs 148 for mobile no. [protected] done through airtel app registered with airtel no. [protected] and payment was made through visa debit card no. [protected]. my a/c was being debited for the said amount but recharge is not effective . after debit of a/c app gets hanged and no message for the recharge whether successful or failed not came. kindly refund the said amount to my concerned saving a/c attached with the debit card that used for payment or credit the amount into airtel app wallet.
