Airtel — Airtel asking for bill pay for the non usage month | |||
Airtel is not keeping track of consumer complaints and the interest they show to bring inn the peoples under their network for their services is not maintained when the consumers ask that they are not performing well and asking for un necessary bill payments and other payments when not used by consumers. It's literally a loot process they are following maintaining a team to call the customers frequently and ask them to pay the bill for non used month or for the month they have waived off the fare for customer for some customer valuable reason. And plz don't believe if the customer care members say that they have waived off a month rent at the time of cancellation as they are not maintaining the data and that ends up with bill pay accumulation and they calling frequently to pay additional month rent too.
