[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Bad broadband service in marathahalli,bangalore | |
Hi,
Our Airtel broadband & land-line isn't working since Oct-11th.We register multiple complains with airtel authority but its of no use.Some time we are getting call from airtel office they are fixing the issue in 24 hours.Till now we are waiting when the 24 hours will be over.After 14 days till now neither landline nor the broadband is working.
This is really disgusting, this kind of service can be expected from BSNL not from Airtel.

We dont have clue when we will get back the service.

Last three months I raised more than 10 complaints. The resolution time is too high some time it is more than 10 days. Worst Service by Airtel Wireline Broad Band
