[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel Balance deduction

I have 4G enabled handset and 1GB 4G service active on my handset. I have put my handset on 4G enable settings. Ever Since a activated new SIM its indicating 3G and H+ on the signal strength. To make it worse Airtel deducted Rs.79 towards 19MB data usage from main account instead of deducting available 4G balance.

first of all, I should not be getting H+ and less service when I have 4G active
Secondly, Main account balance should not get deducted.

Thanks Airtel for Prompt reply and refund. Now Im just waiting for the system issues to get resolved. 4G is still not showing on the signal side.
