Airtel — Airtel barred all calls - just like that! | |||
Airtel has, as of yesterday, barred all calls from and to 96*****120 (Trivandrum number). When contacted, they say an address proof need to be submitted to the nearest showroom to get the calls unbarred. They refuse to escalate the issue and they refuse to raise a complaint. The SIM was purchased in 2008 and they are requesting for an address proof in 2013. It is fine if they want address proof, but they should request for it, which they did not and they do not have the rights to barr calls.I'm completely dissatisfied and feel cheated. I'm considering taking it up to the Consumer Court. Please advise me on how I should go about it. Was this information helpful? | |||
