Airtel — Airtel billing issue - charged rs 3000 more for the last 2 bills (Total rs 6000 more)

Date of Incident : November and December Bill - Over charged Rs 3000 more each bill (Bill#[protected],[protected] Account number: [protected] Mobile# [protected] Airtel charged me Rs 3000 more on November and December 2015 bills (for the total over charge of Rs 6000) for the 20GB smart data booster WHICH I NEVER REQUESTED. I had terrible time explaining this issue over and over to different Airtel customer care respresentatives and their response is really frustrating with partial adjustments, not the reversal of entire over charged amount. I just wanted one person from Airtel should own this issue and try to resolve this to the fullest and I do not want to here partial response or action and then i need to followup month after month. Again, i never requested the 20GB smart data that you had been charging for the last 2 months, but i'm going through all kind of trouble because of your fault. Plesae treat this as urgent and expecting a reasonable response or action from Airtel at this point onwards.
