I have been using an Airtel Black account under2299 plan which offers me 4 mobile connections, one ftth and one dth connection each. Recently i requested Airtel to deactivate the dth as it was offering pathetic service and connection issues, which Airtel never resolved despite repeated complants
So Airtel proceeded to unbundle my Airtel Black 2299 account, and deactivated the dth. I then requested them to bundle the mobile services and ftth into the Airtel Black 1799 plan
Since last two weeks they have been sitting on the request and giving me flimsy reasons that the system is not allowing them to bundle the services into a new plan. This is causing me loss of money as the individual services are highly priced, and also causing mental stress while calling them repeatedly .
