Airtel — AIRTEL BLACK -payment made,DTH not installed.

I purchased AIRTEL BLACK package on 30/06/2023 on the promise
that I will be provided WIF, DTH and phone free for 3 months and thereafter regular payment of Rs.999/pm..Internet was connected on 1st.June and DTH has not been provided despite my complaints with customer care service several times daily. Every time when I make a call to the customer care the stock reply is that this will be done today. It is more or less cheating the customer after receiving the amount in advance.
