We have taken an aritel black connection and now its giving a major problem and adding to frustration.
twice the broadband has been disconnected ( from the central team/ system) not by us.
After multiple calls, raising tickets and talking to multiple people in "relationship team" the problem is not solved.
I will soon have no solution but to get rid of the black connection and take up other connections such as jio, etc.
This is causing us a major issue in our daily working lives.
There is no proper complaint channel or number provided or a person dedicated to solve issues.
Do not expect this from Airtel.
Every next call, no one in the team knows the previous ticket number or complaint raised, they end up raising a new complaint and yet nothing is getting resolved.
