[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Blackberry internet package | |||
I am using Blakberry 9220 phone.Today I got a message from customer care that if I want to stop the prepaid net package of Rs 399, I should send a SMS---airtelbb to 121.I send it to 121 but uptil now I did not get any confirmation SMS from 121. Then I called 121 atleast four times but the people attending the calls are useless and noncoperative.They keep me waiting for sometime and then every time reverted the calls to Airtelmoney desk(Everytime I was charged for the calls). I must say Airtel sholud be penalised for keeping these noncooperative fools in the customer care section.
