[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel broadban complaint | |||
I have an airtel wifi connection for the past 20 months, on various occasions i have registered my complain about bad signal, poor speed, lack of connectivity, etc, to no avail as there is a complete lack of response from airtel in addressing customer service. Although the complains are never addressed, the automatic sms from airtel every time confirms that the problem is resolved. Over the last two weeks there is no airtel wifi signal at all. Numerous complains have been registered by me so far over the past two weeks on the issue, but no representative from airtel has bothered to address the issue. With the exorbitant amount charged by airtel per month (Rs. 1500/- approx), with no service, i will not make payment in view of lack of connectivity for more than half of the month.
