[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel broadband 20 | |||||
I have had a very bad experience with Airtel broadband connection since March 23rd my connection was suspended. i had gone for a vacation that was the reason i was not able to raise an issue but when i returned on 29th, i had raised an complained regarding the same. From 29th March to 07th April i had made some 20 calls and each time i have to wait at least half an hour to speak to some one. After all these i was frustrated so i had to ask them to cancel the connection when i spoke to the customer care executive they assured me that i don't have any amount pending because the connection is not working for more about a month now. but today i get a call from airtel again saying if you want to close the connection you will have to pay 1800 rs coz the bill is generated in your name. what bill?? when i am not able to access internet for the past one month and i have raised a complain and still you people don't solve the issue but some how the bill gets generated and i should pay for a month without even using the internet. wow that's great !!! i had great exceptions from Airtel i had heard its known for its customer service but its totally wrong...
