[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel broadband acc no. [protected] | |||
Sir, i am facing problem since september and till now kindly overview my problem that from past few months i m facing lot of problem from your side regarding bill and before that for the deactivation of broadband service. few days back i gotta a call for the billing and i explained her my whole issue. so she gave me a discount and then after discount i have to pay 1922 only. then after that i other person called me and on tht same day i did the whole payment and asked him to reassure. he confirmed me that thats the last bill and there is no other bill u have to in the future. but today again i am getting messages tht new bill is generated. i already had a words with senior excutive mr. sameer regaring the same issue and he also said that i should get discount as it is promised and no further amount i have to give. so kindly solve this problem as soon as possible. i am also giving you contact details of the person who gave me the discount he name is Sonia[protected] and vinay [protected] m trying to reach her but is going buzy. account no. [protected] my moblie no is [protected] broadbrand no. [protected] despited my attempt i am still facing same problem and now new addition to it after calling on customer care they are saying that nothing is been promised to me. despite the fact the same person sonia called me back and that she will updated and confirm and i will not face any problem in the future. i dont understand what kind of system you have. now i have lost trust on you guys and i wont take it any longer your fraud activity. so better solve it within 24 hrs otherwise i have to take a legal action towards it. because i not about the sum of money but its abt the wrongs you are doing and i will not entertain it any longer. i have the copy of payment also.
