Airtel — Airtel Broadband Bill payment failure and non-refund of money

A request was raised online for a new airtel broadband connection on the 9th of July, 2021. An installation fee of Rs.1768/- was paid online for the same. I am not received a any confirmation mail o msg from Airtel But I have following biling details:
CAF no: 11418975
Transaction id:[protected]
There is not any help line no. Or site where I am complain about it.
Therefore, I request you to please take necessary action and ensure the money is refunded as soon as possible.
