Hello,
I am Abhi Makadiya. I buy airtel xstream broadband 40 Mbps connection for 6 months. And I paid 499 rs + GST in advance before i start plan. My registration number is [protected].
After completion of 6 months i disconnect airtel router and my connection is no longer in use And thought this will terminate automatically. Because their policy is to take payment advance and resume plans.
1 month later I got messages from airtel that your payment is overdue and you need to pay 467.28 rs. I reached at customer care and they behave rudely and said you can't disconnect your plan. you have to pay your outstanding first even i never used broadband after my recharge was completed. Even they don't informed me before that your connection is still continue.
I am very disappointed with the company's behaviour. I request you to take an appropriate action with Airtel to ensure this will not happen with other people.
