I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have experienced regarding my Airtel broadband connection. I registered for a three-month plan and completed the payment on May 22, 2024, at 6:30 PM (Payment Receipt No.[protected], Order ID: 21-[protected]).
Since making the payment, no technician has shown up for the installation. Appointments have been repeatedly rescheduled, and the technicians have been unresponsive and rude. They are not answering our phone calls when we attempt to follow up, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
While your customer service team consistently apologizes, I have not received any effective assistance or resolution. As of today, I have no clarity on when or who will install the connection.
It is quite ironic and unfair that the company charges customers for late payments, yet there are no repercussions for the service delays from your end despite having received the payment in full. This is not acceptable, and I believe customers should be compensated for such delays.
I urge Airtel to take immediate action to resolve this issue. Please provide a definitive timeline for the installation and ensure that the service will be executed without further delay. Additionally, I would like to know the process for claiming compensation for the inconvenience caused by this delay.
