Airtel — airtel broadband connection issue delhi

I have requested for a new broadband connection and provided all kyc and 6 months adv cheque to your sales team executive kunal around 20 days ago. Cheque has been presented to my bank and got dishonoured. Now, your social media team is saying that connection is not possible as of now and would take time. Please help me with the same and help me who's responsible for the same. I need to have the compliance team and senior leadership involved in this case.
