Airtel — airtel broadband connection problem 001

I've applied for the airtel broadband connection (Cef no.[protected] on 25th june 2018 and its already 2 days now. A guy named chandan (Mob no. [protected] / [protected]) called me asking for my documents. I submitted the documents on 25th june 2018 itself and then i'm following up every day. Everyday he asure me that he will get the connection done but nobuddy showed up till now
