I raised a request for New Xtreme FiberNet service on 7-Jun-2020 and got a call from your sales team (Umesh Mobile number: [protected]). They said my apartment is having feasibility and they sent the person (Manoj Mobile Number: [protected]) to collect the documents and the payment on 7-Jun-2020.
The person took my photo, document photos into a digital form app on his mobile phone and after that I got an Airtel Payment link to which I paid Rs. 2828 on Airtel.in and it generated the CAF Number [protected]. After this the person told me that the installation will be done on 8-Jun-2020.
I called them on 08-Jun-2020 and they said the installation will be done on 9-Jun-2020 as it was raining. So I waited till 9-Jun-2020, however in the afternoon, they told me that they can do the installation as there is no feasibility in my apartment. So, I requested a refund from them which they have not yet initiated and lying with me that they have already cancelled my connection request and refund is in process.
I haven't got any SMS from Airtel about the cancellation and not a mail as well.
Can you please process the refund for my CAF[protected] and penalize these bad partners. I see a lot of people complaining about them on consumercomplaints.com. But I haven't seen any action from Airtel on them and these bad practices are still happening.
