I took connection of 6 month with paying 3533 Rs on 26th June 2023 and got sifted to new location in the same city and tried to shift my connection as well but after so many call with customer support and mails to the airtel team the connection is not sifted yet and they are saying you want to do consumer complain you can do that.
the solution they provided are below:
1. You can deactivate your account and ill not be refunded for the months which are not used for connection.
2. you can opt for safe custody once when the service will be available at the shifted location the connection will be activated but for this i need to pay 200+GST rs every month.
i said you can refund me money for the months which is getting collapsed. They said we don't have policy for that.
i have one question why they are marketing the things like shift anywhere and everywhere will shift the connection?
Please look into this i think so there are lot many people affected with these type og marketing gymics played with the customer. Was this information helpful? |
