Airtel — airtel broadband feasibility not available

Good morning,

I am using other internet connections that are not much good in our area. So when i contacted to airtel broad band team they have said the plans for new connection and i was very happy with that plans and i insisted to get the connection but when they took the address details of me they said that there is no internet feasibility is available in the area where i am leaving now. So please help me with the issue when i get the connection here.
