Airtel — airtel broadband / fixed line service | |||||
This is with reference to the airtel landline connection no.[protected] and broadband connection with the same number. I informed airtel that i am shifting my house and they need to setup the connection at the new house which is around 0.75 km from the existing house on 24th oct 2017. Then after shifting to the new house, i have been calling them and they say different stories each time: that their technician will fix the line; that it is not possible to give new connection and stay in the old house itself (Very pathetic that they tell to stay in the old house itself for broadband connection), that they have to get permission to get new ports and will fix it within 3 days, etc etc... Many many stories. They when i started calling continuously they escalated the call to the escalation department stating that the line will be fixed 100% sure by 6th nov 2017 and then i called them 6th evening and they said that i will get a call back by same day before 7.30 pm regarding the status. Then again i called today 7th nov 10 am and they said that i will get a call back by 11.30 am today definitely and as usual its a fake promise and i have not received a call back. Its been days i have been calling them to know the exact picture of the complaint and nobody bothers to give me a proper explanation. I have been on call, on hold for more than 20 mins daily which is really embarassing and disturbing. Why cant they call up and let me know the status. Act broadband follows up daily to install new connection from 5rd nov 17, but i am just waiting for a proper reply from airtel. They say they will fix up or call back and they are just dragging the issue. I use airtel landline, broadband, digital tv and postpaid mobile connection from airtel. Cant they do some justice seeing how many times i have called and how many times they have made false promise of call back. They why do they have to have the customer care cell at all if they dont care about customer issues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
