I am having this broadband issue every month from airtel where internet stops working and then members from airtel visit to fix the cable. Sometimes it takes 2-3 days also to get fixed. Problem is I am getting this issue every month. When I was using Jio\Act earlier I never faced this issue. If there was any issue they used to fix in 2-3 hours only.
I am fed up and planning to drop Airtel after this month. We are doing WFH and dependent on boradband. This issue is effecting my productivity every month.
Even customer care is useless. They will say it will be fixed in 48 hours. I cant wait for 48 hours every other month. Was this information helpful? |
