Airtel — Airtel Broadband & Landline Pathetic Service | |||
Account number : [protected] On 18/8/15 paid Rs.1140 for Airtel Broadband connection, was promised connection in 2 days.Got connection on 24/8/15 after making 12 calls to different Airtel officials. Now internet/landline is down from 8/9/15, raised Complaint on 9th(complaint no.59421404 dated 9/9/15) till now no one has attended.Called up customer service 5 times, mailed to airtel Nodal officer till no response. It is better to avoid Airtel Broadband/Landline they have worst service.I have opted for Airtel by mistake.I am planning to discontinue Airtel and take some other .
