My Airtel xstream fiber broadband hasn’t been working from past 4 days. I raised a Service Request on 3rd May and an engineer was assigned to resolve the issue in 24 hours. The first assigned engineer contacted me and said that since he is not in my area, he won’t work on the issue. After 24 hours, I got an sms that another engineer has been assigned and the issue was supposed to be resolved by 5th May 10am, however no contact or attempt has been made to resolve the issue.
I talked to the Customer services and they assured me that they have escalated the issue on the morning of 4th May, and promised that my issue will be resolved in 24 hours, i.e. by 5th May 3:30pm.
But again no attempt to resolve the issue, and on calling the Customer services again they said they will be escalating it and it will be resolved in next four hours, i.e. by 5th May 8:30pm.
It was another fake promise which they couldn’t keep and it’s been more than 48 hours and on calling the customer service, they keep asking me to be patient and wait for another 4 hours or 24 hours.
I am writing this on 7th May and my issue hasn’t been resolved yet and no contact has been made from the engineer end.
I would request you to either resolve the issue or if you can’t provide the service you promised for then give my the money back. Was this information helpful? |
