[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel broadband not working for more than 30 days | |||||
I am using airtel broadband past 10 months. Airtel broadband not working for the past 30 days.Problem started in july second week.ADSL line not stable.Internet often down.I made around 20 complaints to airtel broadband but no use.15 times executives came from airtel they checked the issue and say issue resolved but issue starts again once they leave my home.They changed wires 5 times, splitter changed 2 times. Finally, Wifi modem also changed but issue not resolved. Useless engineers from airtel.No technical knowledge.Most of the time internet down.Waste of time and money.
