I had raise a broad band request and paid the amount offline ₹500 on August 23 2016. Later they told me that the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection. now i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit refund request to Hi, I have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹500 on march 12 2015. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to www.airtelonlinerefund.com with ticket number AOR9e22f2. Till now I haven't got any proper response from any one. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online or offline for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.
