Airtel — airtel broadband refund status

I had taken a new connection of airtel broadband on 25jun. I had paid an advance of 2828. I have cancelled the connection on 12th july because of bad speed and connection. Now neither am i able see my refund status anywhere or call customer care directly to resolve this issue.

I had spoken to the customer care and It was clearly mentioned that connection is cancelled and refund will be initiated.
